Save each answer before moving on
Written and choice answers are saved when you continue to the next question. Text you have only typed into a field is not yet saved. For video or audio, upload the response and wait for Response saved, then continue.
You can go back through the questions before submitting. Save any changes before moving forward again. A recording that is only in preview has not finished saving.
Keep your interview in the same tab
Interviewly stores a resume token for this browser tab and uses it to load your saved answers. Reloading the same tab can restore saved progress while the session and published interview are still available.
Closing the tab, clearing browser storage, using another device, or changing browser sessions can lose access to that resume token. Unfinished sessions expire after seven days; they can also become unavailable if the employer pauses or removes the interview.
If you see Retry loading saved interview after a connection problem, reconnect and use that button. Keep the existing tab rather than starting a second application.
Submit when you are ready
- Finish the questions and open Review & submit.
- Go back to any answer you want to change. Required questions need a saved response.
- Select Submit interview and wait for the Interview submitted confirmation. You can then safely close the page.
Submitted responses cannot be edited. If you need to correct something afterward or ask about next steps, contact the employer directly. Saving an individual answer is different from submitting the complete interview.
