Check Billing for the current allowance

The Billing page shows completed interviews, media minutes, and published interviews for your workspace. Completed interviews and captured media are counted within the displayed UTC calendar month. Published interviews are the number currently accepting responses.

These are separate limits. Room for more candidates does not necessarily mean there are enough media minutes for every recording. Your workspace must also have an active entitlement before it can accept responses.

Allow for every uploaded take

Media minutes measure captured video and audio. Uploaded retakes can consume minutes even when they are not the final answer. Replaying a response is a different kind of usage from capturing it.

For example, 25 candidates each uploading four minutes uses 100 captured minutes before any uploaded retakes. Shorter recording questions or a mix of written and choice questions can reduce the media needed.

If your workspace reaches a limit

Interviewly blocks actions that would exceed an allowance instead of treating media as unlimited. Check the message, review Billing, and resolve the relevant limit before asking candidates to retry.

Pausing an interview frees a published-interview slot, but also stops unfinished candidates from continuing. Media storage and retention have their own capacity considerations; reducing active roles does not remove stored recordings.

Use the public pricing calculator to estimate a question set, then use the values shown in your own Billing page as the current workspace allowance.
